Environmental monitoring sensor systems have greatly gained the importance over the years especially in large scale production industries. However, since measurement must be taken at different locations, it causes an increase in installation as well as the maintenance cost. Considering that once the sensor has been fixed and become operational, it can be tricky to relocate in the future. But since the new advanced technology are available, there is a better way to overcome this issue. This is why I designed the Environmental monitoring sensor. The report will focus on the design of an all in one sensor as well as a plug and play sensor environmental sensor which can be used mostly for green house environment.

Manufacturing of Solar Wafer

Manufacture of Silicon Wafer using the Wet oxidation process and with the introduction of impurities in the clean room at Niagara College. After the manufacture of the wafer, appropriate test is performed, and the best wafer has been selected for further testing. After performing all tests, an observation was made on the manufactured wafer. Full detailed report below in pdf version.

Fanuc CNC Programming

Programmed a Fanuc Robot Arm to move from the Home Position to Point A,  B,  C then back to the home position. Then programmed for a continuous cycle using the same 4 coordinates.

We also demonstrated the same cycles using 2 Fanuc Robot arm facing each other to rotate the same way and also making sure they would not collide against each other during the process.

MAC Engineering- Capstone Project 2021 The continuing peak for demand and high interest in the testing of protective relay systems has subsequently led this team to conduct a project with the objective of designing the EMTP model. Using the COMTRADE data generated for analysis to test the overcurrent fault across the feeder line at McMaster University’s campus. Relays are well known for protection from faults in power systems. EMTP provides the capability of completing a thorough analysis of the transient stability on the overcurrent, over/under voltage, and over/under the frequency of the power system. This project team is writing this report with the intention of proposing the overcurrent fault analysis as well as a detailed description of the COMTRADE data file that is generated by the EMPT- RV Software.
